Services
As a German native speaker, I offer translations in the language combinations English-German, German-English and French-German as well as proofreading services for the target language German. I specialise in translations and localisations for the IT and technical industries.
My translated texts include documentation, software, brochures, websites, video subtitling, marketing and e-learning materials.
For me, it goes without saying that I ensure quality, adhere to customer specifications such as style guides or glossaries and deliver consistent translations.

Other applications
Proofreading with comments in Adobe Reader, checking the quality with Apsic XBench or using customer-based online glossaries - no problem. And if you use a software I’m not familiar with, I will look forward to getting to know it.
Experience
In the past decade, I have translated for numerous well-known but also less well-known clients. As a project manager, I have had contact with clients and translators all over the world - and learned more about their different business practices and requirements.
Customer satisfaction always has top priority. To achieve it, high-quality translations are a must, however, the overall package is what is decisive. Straightforward communication, swift text analysis, maintenance of translation memories, integration of customer feedback and specifications, punctual deliveries and problem handling are not to be underestimated.
These are some of the most well-known companies I have worked for:
Microsoft
VMware
Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE)
Hewlett-Packard Inc.
HP Indigo

Unfortunately, for privacy reasons, I am not allowed to name all the companies here.
